What I am looking for
Senior security leadership with real program ownership — CISO, Deputy CISO, or a Director/Senior Director role — at an organization where security carries genuine business consequence. Regulated environments, customer-trust-dependent businesses, companies going through a transaction, or organizations scaling faster than their control environment.
I am most useful where a program needs to be built or turned around rather than maintained, and where the executive team wants to understand the risk rather than receive a status color.
